Report

Report content that is a problem

Do you think a review, a listing or a comment breaks the law? Fill in this form. Anyone can do it, with or without a RackList account.

1.

Before you start

  • No account needed. Just give us an e-mail that works: that is where we will write back.
  • Copy the link of the content, tell us what is wrong, and tick the box to confirm you are sincere.
  • You get an e-mail right away with a follow-up number. Our team reads your report. If the content is clearly forbidden, we take it down without waiting.
  • We keep your information (name, e-mail, organisation, IP address) for the time we work on your report. If the case goes to court, we may keep it longer, as the law allows.

Legal basis: Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA), articles 16 and 17; French Act no. 2004-575 (LCEN), article 6-I-5; Act no. 2024-449 (SREN).

2.

About you

We need to know who you are so we can work on your report.
This is where we will write to confirm and tell you our answer.
Fill in if you are reporting on behalf of a company, an association or another group.
3.

The content to report

Copy the exact link of the page, review or comment you want to report.
If the link is not enough, tell us where to find the content. You can also send a screenshot by e-mail.
4.

Why you are reporting it

Pick the option that best fits what you are reporting.
Tell us why this content seems forbidden. Give clear facts. If you know which law applies, name it. At least 50 characters.
